Pulling the Pieces Together

The fourth bi-annual Femme Conference will sparkle for three days in Baltimore. The event brings together hundreds of local and national femme-identified LGBTQ people and their allies to this multi-threaded and intersectional forum. This year’s Femme Conference features three packed days of events, including:

• Over 50 thought-provoking workshops
• Speakers, panels, community-building caucuses
• An art installation and curated film festival

The Femme Conference is a bi-annual project by the Conference Steering Committee of the Femme Collective, committed to creating conferences by Femmes, about Femmes, and for Femmes and their allies. We understand that Femme is more complex than just being a queer person who is feminine; it is a part of how we interact with and shape our world as queer academics, activists, artists, homemakers, parents, professionals, students, teachers, etc.
