So I had worked a long shift at my wonderful restaurant, the Waterfront Kitchen in Fells Point. A double. Work. Not a drink, really. All the shops were closed except for the Save Goodwill store on Broadway.
Now this was 12 midnight. What was that doing open I wondered, Well, I had to go in, you all know I love a bargain. Midnight sale anyone? Well I stepped in. There was an old man with 1800 clothing on. Looked like he should be doing a ghost tour. Did I mention the lights were flickering? I felt like I was in a Stephen King wet dream waiting to happen.
Well hello my little Kings and Queens. With the advent of what looks to be an early spring, regardless of what the weathermen of our great state say. I thought I would give you some springtime suggestions of what to do with yourselves.
I am very proud to be highlighting a very well known drag artist who has been performing for a very long time, longer than most current drag queens have been alive. I am sure we are in for a treat. Without further ado, I bring you...Miss Mahogany...
It is always a pleasure to introduce new talent in Baltimore and this week is no exception. This is an actor I met about 10 years ago during a production of a Chinese opera. If you want the details, you'll have to ask him, ladies and gentlemen; Baltimore thespian, Drew Gaver.
